Korall Engineering is using composite materials to replace the current range of valve wheels onthe market, optimizing the wheels using artificial intelligence, and producing them usingadditive manufacturing. The resulting wheels made of composite materials are not onlyresistant to harsh and changing external climates and environments, but also reduce costs,lead-times, material-use and waste to a large extent, and are more environmentally friendly.

Moreover, in order to make logistics more efficient, orders be placed more easily, andcustomization be facilitated, Korall Engineering is developing an application to automaticallygenerate the valve wheels designs for additive manufacturing.

Customers can select the material, shape, and dimensions they want for their hand-wheels inthis application.
